Learning to move forward together: Royal Son Bou’s commitment to continuous learning

At Royal Son Bou Family Club, we continue to believe that the best investment a company can make is in its people. Our Family People project was born from that conviction: to create an environment where every person can develop, grow, and feel part of a big family that shares one purpose — to make families happy.

In 2025, we have taken another step forward in our commitment to team training. Thanks to the Training Support Program, we have allocated a total of €15,603.99 to co-finance courses and professional development programs for our staff.

In total, 14 colleagues have taken advantage of this opportunity to expand their knowledge in areas as diverse as languages, marketing, entertainment, cooking, mixology, sustainable gardening, pool maintenance, and new technologies applied to tourism.

Here are some of them:

  • Advanced Hotel Food & Beverage Program by FORST.
  • Growth Marketer System Program led by Víctor Mayans.

  • Pool maintenance course.

  • Masterclass on Artificial Intelligence in the tourism sector.

These training sessions reflect the diversity of talents within our team and the shared desire to improve every day. Because training not only means learning something new, but also keeping curiosity alive, strengthening motivation, and striving for excellence — values that define Royal Son Bou.

From management, we want to thank and congratulate all participants for their effort and enthusiasm. Your commitment inspires the rest of the team and motivates us to continue strengthening a culture based on continuous improvement, learning, and passion for what we do.

The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted guaranteeing a total respect to confidentiality, both in the treatment and in its subsequent destruction. In the event that the User subscribes to the newsletter, we inform you that the information provided will be processed to manage your subscription to the newsletter with update notices and that it will be kept until there is a mutual interest to arrive to the end of the treatment. When it is no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be eliminated with adequate security measures to guarantee the total destruction of the data.
