Benvenuti in Italia!

We are very pleased with our new pasta machine La Monferrina. This summer 2015, all of our pastas are homemade.

 

 

Our chef Tomas Cano has prepared a long list of delicious pastas: ravioli filled with local products such as sobrasada, pumpkin, brossat (Menorcan cheese) with spinach, eggplant, etc. Also can´t be missed spaghetti, tagliatelle, linguine, manfrede, conchiglie, bucatini, rigatoni, lumaque and finally macaroni and fusilli with different flavors.

All these delicious homemade pastas are made with the new machine La Monferrina, and can be enjoyed in either the main restaurant Los Olivos or our Mediterranean restaurant La Basílica! Also, remember that in the Basilica we prepare the pasta as how you want it in our cooking show. Choose your ingredients and our chefs will give away an unforgettable experience of great taste!
