​Our commitment to quality

A new year has arrived! We return to the starting line, ready to begin a long journey which we have already travelled before and that is more challenging than ever for our Family People.

After closing a magnificent 2016, in which we have been awarded  great recognitions such as the HolidayCheck Award, the TUI Quality and the Traveller's Choice as the best hotel for families in Spain, we have a great feeling of happiness that stimulates and motivates us even more to give you the best. We would like to make sure you enjoy your holiday this year or even better, to enjoy it even more than last year.

With all this, in which we have channeled all of our enthusiasm and effort, we add another commitment this year, which is, renewing our Travelife Gold certification in sustainability and the SICTED (Integral Quality of Tourism in Spanish Destinations in Destinations). Both accreditations help us to be better and we have worked together with them since Tumeu Janer and I arrived at the hotel management in 2011.

Travelife helps us to develop our activities as a tourist accommodation in a sustainable way, minimizing the impact that we cause to our surroundings, something of vital importance in a destination like Menorca. To achieve this, it is necessary to involve our Family People, to whom we give the necessary training so that they know how to contribute to the sustainability objectives that we propose. In their daily work they strive to achieve reduction of electricity and water consumption and increase of Waste recycling etc.  We also ask for the collaboration of our guest, as they are a fundamental piece in the whole process and with a few very simple actions during their vacation can help us enormously to achieve the goals that we strive to achieve.

Working on the requirements of the SICTED good practices manual sets us on the right path of continuous improvement, with a methodology that seeks to offer the highest quality as a holiday destination, something that in the short term has a positive impact on the satisfaction of the families who visit us. We deliver the processes defining the margins of improvement that we can apply in our services and the attention that we offer our guest. We are aware what the concept "quality of destination" means and work as a team towards that direction.

There are many challenges and for 2017 the challenge is even bigger, but we are very excited. We have trained hard all winter and we are looking forward to opening our doors to welcome you and offer you and your family ann unforgettable family experiences.
