Welcome to one more season in our Royal Son Bou Family Club!

To start off I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tomas Cano and I´m the new head chef of the Royal Son Bou Family Club. A hotel that I have always followed by their well doing for more than 25 years of profession and, always, ongoing training, love for cooking and things properly done.

Starting with pride a new project and being part of the Family People I hope to share many gastronomic joys with you. This year as a novelty we will elaborate pasta at our hotel. Especially mentioning our filled pasta with innovative pure flavors of Menorca.

Our kitchen staff consists of a team with more than 35 people that are all full of enthusiasm. I would be delighted to welcome you in our main restaurant which name debuts this year, Los Olivos and our other restaurant La basilica.
