Family People
We reaffirm our commitment to the training of our team.

The Royal Son Bou Family Club is more than just a workplace. It is a community made up of people who share the same purpose: to offer an unforgettable experience to the families who visit us.
With this in mind, our Family People project aims to provide both the families who come and our staff with the best possible environment. It consists of a set of initiatives designed to balance the professional and personal lives of our employees, while offering our guests a friendly and safe environment for their children.
For this reason, we are proud to share the progress of our commitment to staff training. After presenting the training aid program for the first time at the end of the 2023 season, this year marks a significant change: four employees have taken advantage of this opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills!
The hotel's commitment to the continuous training of the team is reflected in the co-financing of up to 2,500 euros, which has allowed employees to benefit from four training courses:
- Three employees chose to improve their language skills, enhancing their ability to offer an exceptional experience to our international guests.
- One employee decided to specialize in the culinary field, enriching the hotel's gastronomic offering.
Through this initiative, we want our team to feel that working at Royal Son Bou is more than just a job: it is an opportunity to grow, enjoy, and make every day an unforgettable experience. That is why the training aid program is not just a benefit but part of a philosophy where every team member is essential to the great Royal Son Bou family.
From the management of the hotel, we highly value our staff’s interest in growing professionally and encourage everyone to continue taking advantage of the tools we put at their disposal. Training is key to offering the best to our guests and ensuring a motivating and enriching work environment for our team.
