How can I book an apartment in the Royal Son Bou Family Club?

With these simple steps we intend to clear any questions that may arise during the reservation of an apartment. If you need further assistance, please contact us at reservas@royalsonbou.com or call to (+34) 971 37 23 58. We will be glad to help you.

  • On the home page in the sidebar "When do you want to come?" Select the dates of your stay (in and out), the number of apartments that you want to book, indicate the number of adults, children and babies for each apartment, and click on "Search"
  • A new page will be opened displaying the list of available apartments, indicating the number of apartments of each type that are available for reservation, as well as the price of stay for each of them.
  • At the bottom of the page, select the unit of accommodation (the type of apartment you want to book), the board basis (half board or all inclusive) and click on “Book”.
  • On the next page we begin the booking process, which consists of four easy steps:
    • Personal information of the reservation’s holder will be requested: Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*). You can select here extra services or products that will be added to the total cost of the reservation. Select the payment method and if you want to receive an invoice.
    • Check in the left margin that the costs and data of your reservation are correct: the total price is detailed and it indicates the amount required as deposit payment to confirm your reservation and as well as the rest amount that you have to pay at the hotel.
    • Read and accept the legal conditions and click on "Pay the deposit." If you pay by credit card or PayPal, the system will connect directly to the bank. Our payment gateway is fully secure and guaranteed by VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL. We do not have access to any of your payment details.
    • Once the payment has been made, the system will redirect you to the confirmation page and you will receive the details of the reservation by e-mail, a number that will identify it (reference), all related data, conditions and cancellation policy. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours you can request our assistance through the form "reconfirm booking or purchase"
  • Furthermore, in the confirmation page that appears at the end of secure payment, you can easily book your flights or a transfer service from the airport to our hotel.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel the services requested or contracted at any time, with the right to the return of any amount they might have paid as an advance deposit, but they will have to compensate the tourist establishment they have booked under the conditions described below:

  • Up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refund of deposit.
  • Between 7 days and no-show: Loss of the pre-payment
  • Anticipated departure: 50% of the remaining days until booked departure
  • The hotel will refund the deposit by transfer and will charge you 5,00€ as handling charge.
