You will receive your products within a maximum of 3 days in Spain and 5 days in the rest of Europe.
It is considered that delivery has taken place from the moment in which the carrier reports that the customer has received the order by the control system of the carrier.
Returning products purchased at the Royal Son Bou Family Club online shop
You can return or exchange a product if you receive a defective or wrong item. We will replace it for other without charge, provided that you notify us within 24 hours after receipt of order by mailing info@royalsonbou.com. Once we receive your claim we will contact you to explain the process of product replacement.
But if you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased from our online shop, you can return it and obtain the price refund of the returned product, contacting us within 14 days after our product delivery.
In order to exercise the option to return a product that you are not satisfied, you must send an email to info@royalsonbou.com to arrange the refund, indicating the reason for your decision.
It is an indispensable condition for the refund of the amount paid that the products are returned in perfect condition with all accessories.
Packages which do not provide any information to identify the sender cannot be returned (order number, name, address, etc.).

The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be charged to the buyer, who must return the COD package by regular mail, securely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned products arrive in perfect condition.
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price thereof, not including shipping costs. The product return costs are borne by the buyer.
Reimbursement will be made through bank transfer. Payments made through PayPal will be returned by bank transfer excluding PayPal processing fees 3,40% + 0,35€ of the value of the sum of the product.
The return shall be effective upon receipt and review of the product. In the case of detecting an abnormality in the product, you will be notified by mail of the failure recorded and we will search for a solution.
If the product is opened, it is essential that both the packaging and content, and the accessories are intact. However if the packaging is worn, handled or looks worn, or the product or its accessories are damaged, we cannot access your refund request. Shipping costs depend on the country to which the order is requested. The shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed during the order handling process.
